Laundry & Dry Cleaning FAQ

We collect and deliver every day, usually from 8am to 10pm. Hours can vary a little from city to city, and we are closed on Chinese public holidays.

No. You can leave your bag with hotel reception, a concierge or building security. Just tell us where it will be and under which name.

Yes. Our customer service team speaks English, so you can book, ask questions and sort out any problem without needing Chinese.

In Shanghai, pickup and delivery is free for orders over ¥300 inside the inner ring in Puxi; below that a ¥38 delivery fee applies, and areas farther out (including Pudong) depend on the address. In other cities the fee depends on the distance to your address. We always tell you the fee before we collect.

Wash, dry & fold is charged by weight: ¥78 for the first 3 kg plus ¥26 per extra kg in Shanghai, and ¥98 for the first 3 kg plus ¥28 per extra kg in all other cities. Dry cleaning, shirts and special items are charged by the piece. Open your city page under Cities & Pricing for the full price list.

Wash & fold is for everyday items such as T-shirts, polo shirts, underwear, socks, towels, pajamas, sportswear, kids’ clothes and bed sheets; outside Shanghai it also includes shirts, jeans and trousers. It does not include stain treatment, delicate fabrics or expensive clothes — please tell us about those and keep them in a separate bag, and we will clean them by the piece.

We send your bill after we collect and check your items; please pay when you receive it. We accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay cards, bank transfer and US dollars via PayPal.

Yes, in Shanghai. With our prepaid membership of ¥2,000 you get 20% off all services plus seasonal offers. The card does not expire and you can share it with friends, family and colleagues.

Everyday clothes and dry cleaning usually come back the next day.

Yes, for normal clothes collected in the morning (in Shanghai, before 11am), with a 50% rush fee. In Shanghai there is no same-day service on Fridays.

Shoes and bedding usually take 2–7 days. Leather bags and jackets, carpets and rugs take about 5–10 days. Alterations, curtains and wedding dresses also need extra time — we will give you a date when we collect.

We treat every stain carefully, but we cannot guarantee that all stains will come out. Tell us about stains as early as possible — fresh stains are much easier to remove than old ones.

We take great care of your clothes, but accidents can happen. If something goes wrong we take responsibility and will repair the item or compensate you. See our terms & conditions for details.

Let us know and we will make it right — we re-clean the item, or refund the charge for it.

Yes. We work with local charities and can pass on clean clothes you no longer need. Just mention it when you book.
