1, Can i put all the clothes into bulk wash by weight?
Normally, our bulk laundry only incluing: t-shirt, polo shirt, underwear, socks, towels, pajamas, exercise shorts and some kids clothes, and bed sheets. The other clothes all charge by piece. If you really want all the clothes just wash and fold by weight, please sign a blameless contract with us before we can started.
2, Can all the stains been removed?
When stains been occured, please contact us as soon as possible, the earlier you reach to us, the easier to remove them, we not guarantee all the stains can be removed but will try as hard as we can to get rid of them.
3, What if my clothes been damages?
We always try as much as we can to clean and protect your clothes, but some time accident do happens, we never escape or deny those mistakes, we will take the responsibilities to fix the problem or compensate you until you are happy.
4, I will move to other City, do you accept donation?
Yes, we now have coorpeate with some local charity institution, we are helping them to get the donation clothes and send to those institutions! We care about thoes people who needs helps!
5, Is there any charges for pick up deliver service?
Yes, we have free pickup and delivery service only if the service order is over 300RMB within inner ring in shanghai Pu Xi , if less than 300RMB, there 38RMB courier fee wil be charged for Pu Xi Area. More details about our price list , you can check here.
6, Do you provide Discount?
Yes, we have membership program by prepaid 2000RMB, which you will enjoy 20% OFF on all of our services plus seasonal bonus offering. This membership card doesn’t have expiration date and you could share it with your friend, family and colleagues. More details you can check here.
7, What kind payment you do accept now?
We now accept cash, Union Pay credit card, bank transfer, USD by Paypal, Alipay and Wechat Wallet .
8, What is the dry cleaning turnaround time normally?
For the regualar clothes, we normal could deliver the next day. For the special items like leather jacket, shoes, curtain, rug, alteration and wedding dress etc, we need more time to taken care of them. Same day dry cleaning or laundry service is also available if the pickup up was made before 11AM in the morning which we could deliver the same day in the evening. Pickup deliver service available from Monday to Sunday 8AM-11PM.
