What can I put in the wash & fold bag?
T-shirts, polo shirts, shirts, jeans, pants, underwear, socks, towels, pajamas, exercise wear, kids’ clothes and bed sheets. Please don’t include delicate fabrics or expensive clothes — those are cleaned by the piece. Minimum order is 3 kg for ¥98. Each extra kg is ¥28.

Yes. We regularly collect from Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li hotels, Chengdu East Station and both airports. Just leave your bag at reception and tell us your room name — we’ll bring it back the same way.
How fast can I get my laundry back in Chengdu?
Usually the next day. Same-day delivery is available with a 50% rush fee for clothes collected in the morning. Down jackets, coats, leather and delicate fabrics take longer.
