Questions about scheduling a pickup
How quickly can you collect my laundry?
In most cities we can pick up the same day or the next day. Pickups run every day from 8am to 10pm, except on Chinese public holidays — booking earlier in the day gives you more time slots to choose from.
Can I have my clothes back on the same day?
Yes, for normal clothes collected in the morning, with a 50% rush fee. Coats, down jackets, leather, bedding and shoes take longer.
Do I have to be there when you collect?
No. Many customers leave their bag with hotel reception, a concierge or building security — just tell us where it will be.
How do I know my pickup is booked?
After you send the form, we contact you on WeChat, WhatsApp, phone or email (your choice) to confirm the time and price, usually within an hour.
Can I change or cancel a pickup?
Of course. Message us before the driver sets off and we’ll change or cancel it free of charge.
When do I pay?
We send your bill after we collect and check your items; please pay when you receive it. We accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, bank transfer and US dollars via PayPal.
