How much does wash & fold cost?
In Shanghai the first 3 kg cost ¥78 and each extra kilo is ¥26. In our other cities the first 3 kg cost ¥98 and each extra kilo is ¥28. Pickup and delivery is charged separately and depends on the distance.
What can go in wash & fold?
T-shirts, polo shirts, shirts, jeans, pants, underwear, socks, towels, pajamas, exercise wear, kids’ clothes and bed sheets.
What should not go in wash & fold?
Delicate fabrics like silk, wool and cashmere, suits, dresses, down jackets, leather, expensive clothes and anything that needs stain removal. These are cleaned by the piece instead.
Do you separate colours?
Yes. We separate darks and lights and add fabric softener to every load.
Are clothes ironed?
No — wash & fold items are folded, not ironed. If you want shirts ironed, send them as laundry by the piece.
How fast will I get my laundry back?
Usually the next day. Same-day service is available with a 50% rush fee for clothes collected in the morning.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum for wash & fold is 3 kg.
